Instructions
- Prep avocados
Halve, remove pits, scoop flesh into bowl. - Mash
Use fork to crush avocados. Keep chunky. - Mix
Add lime juice, onion, jalapeño, cilantro. Fold gently. - Season
Taste and add salt.Tip: Press plastic wrap on surface to prevent browning. - Serve
Transfer to molcajete. Garnish with radish slices.
