Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken
    Mix yogurt + tandoori masala. Coat chicken. Refrigerate 30 mins.

  2. Grill
    Skewer chicken. Charcoal grill 8 mins per side.

  3. Make sauce
    Sauté ginger-garlic paste. Add tomato puree. Cook 10 mins.

  4. Blend
    Cool sauce, mix with cream. Purée until silky.

  5. Combine
    Add chicken to sauce. Simmer 15 mins.

  6. Finish
    Stir in butter + kasuri methi.
