Creamy North Indian curry with tandoori-grilled chicken.

Ingredients
- 500g chicken thighs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 cup tomato puree
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken Mix yogurt + tandoori masala. Coat chicken. Refrigerate 30 mins.
- Grill Skewer chicken. Charcoal grill 8 mins per side.
- Make sauce Sauté ginger-garlic paste. Add tomato puree. Cook 10 mins.
- Blend Cool sauce, mix with cream. Purée until silky.
- Combine Add chicken to sauce. Simmer 15 mins.
- Finish Stir in butter + kasuri methi.
