Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime (juiced)
- ½ red onion (diced)
- 1 jalapeño (minced)
- ¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prep avocados Halve, remove pits, scoop flesh into bowl.
- Mash Use fork to crush avocados. Keep chunky.
- Mix Add lime juice, onion, jalapeño, cilantro. Fold gently.
- Season Taste and add salt.Tip: Press plastic wrap on surface to prevent browning
- Serve Transfer to molcajete. Garnish with radish slices.
