Ingredients
- 500g Tipo 00 flour
- 325ml warm water
- 7g active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 200ml San Marzano tomato sauce
- 200g fresh mozzarella
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Clean mussels thoroughly.
- In a large pot, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add white wine and bring to a simmer.
- Add mussels and cook for 5-7 minutes until opened.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
